A Promise To My Family

 

  Since my madam gave a chance to write about anything, I wanted to talk about my family. Ahahahahahaha. I loved my family so much, for me, they are everything. I hope that I could make my parent so proud with me, because I was not a smart son. In my family, both of my sisters are very smart. One of them was graduated from University Of Malaya in Electrical Engineering and another one will be graduated from UTM, Malaysia Technology University, also in Electrical Engineering.My eldest sister was already in work life as an adult. She became just like my father being. My father was a TNB worker, the eldest worker in my father's place. Both of my sisters were following them, and I also want to follow him as my idol.
  I want to be a Mechanical Enginner and working under the TNB company too, just like my eldest sister that had worked. I knew I was not a smart guy, but I promised to myself that I will work hard to get the perfect 4.00 CGPA in this Matriculation Programme. The Beginning of A Time!

One Of My Fav Moment

   In my family, music is one of the best thing that my family enjoyed so much. Both of my sisters knew how to play piano and keyboard very well, and they were so good! When I was 14 years old, my father decided to put me into a guitar's class on 11 April 2013. I met my new guitar teacher that was a chinese, Sir Nicholas Ting and we discussed many things about guitars, and sometimes about our own culture. I teached him about the malay traditional culture and muslim religion, and he taught me about chinese culture and Christian. We respected each other even we are different culture. 
   One day, he decided to put me into an exam, that contributed my guitar skills after I had learned about guitar for 2 years. The first exam was bad. I failed myself and making Nicholas felt bad on myself. But he didn't give up to me. He gave me a quote that I still remembered until this day. His quote also gave me a strength to continue my life journey until the end. 

                            " When you entered the exam hall, you didn't have to be scared. You just entered and do your best, thats it. If we lose, we will keep trying, but If we win, its a gift"

The picture on the left, was the result of my 2nd Examination. I was the only malay candidates that was join the exam, most of them are the chinese. I made my proud to my own culture even no one knew about my sacrifice. I end my guitar skill with grade 5, officially from the Trinity College London. The top of the grade was grade 8.

After 1 year, the time has come. I need to leave my place and further my study into the Matriculation Programme. It was hard for me to leave my class and also my beloved teacher. But with no choice, I had to say goodbye to him. Thank you Sir Nicholas !
